How to get support from ZeroOut?
Looking at the right side of the ZeroOut app in the Apps section on your Shopify Admin Page, you will be able to see the Get Support and Remove options.
Going to the Get Support page will let you connect with us, and contact us through email (email@example.com). Through this, the ZeroOut support team will get your concerns and questions.
There are a few details about how ZeroOut can access some of your personal information including:
- Customer's names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, geolocations, IP addresses, and browser user agents
- Blog commenter's email addresses, IP addresses, and browser user agents
And how the app can access and modify your store's data including:
- Modify products, variants, and collections
- Modify orders, transactions, and fulfillment
- Modify store content like articles, blogs, comments, pages, and redirects
- Read products, variants, and collections
- Read orders, transactions, and fulfillments
- Read store content like articles, blogs, comments, pages, and redirects
