How to manage product visibility in sales channel?
ZeroOut now offers the ability to hide out-of-stock products by sales channel (e.g., Online Store, Facebook, POS).
This article will guide you through the process of updating your settings to utilize this feature.
Hide Products
- Go to Settings on the ZeroOut app
- Ensure that the 'Hide out-of-stock-products' is toggled to on position
- Select 'Hide on a per-sales-channel-basis' option on How should ZeroOut hide my products?
Once this is selected, you can individually configure out-of-stock product visibility for each listed sales channels under 'Sales Channels' section.
Please be aware that if the 'Hide on a per-sales-channel basis' option is not selected, you will be unable to modify the settings under 'Sales Channels'.
Publish Products
- Go to Settings on the ZeroOut app
- Ensure that the 'Publish in-stock products' is toggled to on position
- Select 'Active' option on Allow products to be published from the following states
Similar to the steps outlined above, you can only modify the 'Sales Channels' configuration when the "Active" option is selected.
Finally, once the configuration is complete, users should save their changes and click "Start Cleanup" to apply the new settings.
